Walk, Flow, Breathe
Service Description
One of our favorite classes! Great for beginners or for the more advanced yogi looking to compliment their more vigorous practices. We will begin with a 30 minute outdoor walk (or run, if that's your thing!!) followed by a 45-minute mindful practice incorporating the use of props, hands on assists and essential oils to help us tune into our bodies and our breath, ending with a relaxing and restorative savasana. If weather is not cooperating, class will be adjusted and held indoors beginning at 9a. We recommend dressing in layers for the seasonal temperatures and appropriate footwear for the walk. This will be a morning of connection not only to our bodies, but to each other as we walk and flow and breathe together! Play outside and allow nature to nurture your body and soul.
