The benefit of one on one instruction allows us to work together to explore how to safely use props, incorporate modifications and build a stronger foundation for your vinyasa practice that isn't available in a regular class. We can also take your practice to the next level with specific alignment cues, hands on assisting and one on one classes geared directly towards your personal practice.
